If you believe your research is a work of art and ought to be published as received, this journal is probably not the right journal for you. Pieces submitted may go through one or two rounds of editing. You may feel a piece is perfect, but from a reader’s perspective, certain things may be unclear, or need further citations, or be omitted altogether because they take away from the piece.
If you are ready to submit, revise, and re-submit, this is probably the right journal for you, as long as the manuscript deals with the esoteric aspects of freemasonry. We are looking for conversations to take place between editions; if a person publishes a manuscript on a particular topic, another person who reads the paper may contribute further on the subject by either throwing more light on the topic, juxtaposing it with another subject, or showcasing alternative explanations to the original topic. The goal is to allow the readership to gain knowledge, reflect, research, reply, and be replied to in turn, so that readers are not merely consumers of knowledge but actually aid in its creation and progress too; the end goal being that readers and researchers are closer to understanding the esoteric aspects of freemasonry.
